These bracelets are made from recycled rubber by women in Djenné, Mali. 75 women support themselves by fabricating these bracelets which are then in turn sold to support A.S.A.O./ L'Empire des Enfants a school for homeless children in Dakar Senegal. ASAO/ L'Empire des Enfants is supported in the US by Made With Love a non-for-profit project dedicated to raising funds and awareness for NGO's that aid women and children in need globally through the production and sale of fair trade indigenous products .
